At The Northern Line, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture selections. If an item isn't the perfect fit for your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a unique return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the item in its original packaging with all protective inserts to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; once we inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
